Q: When will orders ship?

A: Orders ship within 2-3 business days.

For Sneakers, please allow 2-week delivery.

Q: When will I get tracking information?

A:  Once the order is placed, it is in a “processing” status. When the order ships, our system will email tracking information with each order.

Q: Where do my items ship from?

A:  All items ship from the United States.  We work with distributors and warehouses around the U.S. to ensure quick delivery.

USPS First Class
Cost $4.95
13 ounce weight limit
Most economical for shipping one or two apparel items or collar/leash pieces

USPS Priority Mail
Cost ranges from $8.95 – $11.95
Typically used if weight exceeds 13 oz OR if customer needs quicker shipping
Used for products such as bowls and larger orders

UPS Ground
Cost starts at $8.00 and up

You have 30 days to return your item.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at algomaretail@charter.net.
